Located in Hotel Conde Rodrigo II since 1986, the restaurant La Muralla has maintained its essence of a kitchen with memory where quality ingredients are always the key. With the grill as the main focus, we offer the finest fish and seafood from the country, although our specialty lies in meats, particularly the Morucha breed. This native breed from Salamanca provides highly valued meat for its flavour, thanks to its high fat marbling in the muscle.

Among its various options, we highlight the presence of the ox, an animal raised extensively, respecting lactation cycles and feeding on the diverse resources provided by the dehesa until it is five years old. With a constant commitment to the sustainability of the dehesa and the zero-kilometre product, we closely follow the work of our farmers to achieve top-quality meat: The Certified Bellota Ox. This unique product, attainable only through our native breeds and ecosystem, establishes the Bellota Ox as our specialty.
